  • All orders placed by 11 AM CST/ 12 PM EST on Monday-Friday are printed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekdays after the cutoff time or on weekends will ship the next business day.

  • Shipping Options available during checkout:

    • Standard Overnight: Arrives by end of the next business day

    • Free local pickup: Available same day if ordered before the cutoff time.

Funeral Prints Canada shipping is closed for the following holidays in 2026:

  • New Year’s Day - January 1

  • Family Day - February 16

  • Good Friday - April 3

  • Victoria Day - May 18

  • Canada Day - July 1

  • Civic Holiday - August 3

  • Labour Day - September 7

  • Thanksgiving - October 12

  • Christmas Eve - December 24

  • Christmas Day - December 25

  • Boxing Day (Observed) - December 28

 

For orders placed during the month of December, shipping may experience delays due to busy holiday shipping, so we recommend ordering ahead or calling for upgraded shipping options.

Frequently Asked Shipping & Delivery Questions

  • Can I track my shipment once it is dispatched?

    • Yes, you should receive an email with tracking information. Please check your spam folder for email confirmation. If you do not receive one, please email our sales staff with the email you placed the order so we can confirm.

  • If I receive my item with damage due to carrier mishandling, who should I call to get a refund?

    • You can call us for a replacement item, and we will deal with getting a refund from the carrier.


Our Cancellation & Return Policy

Our policy is that your satisfaction is guaranteed or we will give you a full refund.

  • Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?

    • Yes, please call and request that your order should be canceled and we will provide a full refund as long as it hasn’t been printed. We typically print products within 2-3 hours or sooner. If your item has already been printed, we will require a $50 cancellation fee.

  • If I’m not happy with my order can I return it?

    • Yes, you have 90 days to return your order by mail and once we receive the package we will provide you with a full refund.

  • If I receive a defective Item can I get a refund or replacement?

    • Yes, please call our customer service team or emailsupport@funeralprints.comand we will refund or replace your item. We will give you instructions on how to return the damaged or defective items
